We love Kai!!! Her honesty and down-to-earth attitude made the whole house shopping process extremely comfortable and enjoyable. We were on an very tight timeline, and Kai understood that and worked to get us an accepted offer as quick as possible. She was also very ontop of the entire closing process to make sure we got everything we needed to do finished in time. She was truly with us every step of the way, and answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. She even explained what "escrow" was in a way that stuck with me better than anyone else's explanation! A 5 star experience, and I can't wait to save up enough money for a second house so we can work with her again!
